FYI all dx2's suck...you wont see one that is 2.0 spdAND more than 180 dmg, and that is already sliced

at least thats how they are on gorath...

People the DX2 can be the differences between winning and lossing if the mob is acid resistant. Dont just judge weapons on there speed and min max damage stats. Damage type plays a big roll especially on the higher level mobs.

dx2 is the only thing i use after i got to pistoleer, im in it for the min damage, max damge means nothing to me.

Hey all, i just made it to Novice Pistoleer and am looking for a DX2. I thought there would be tons of them, but i can only find 1 in a vendor. This 1 DX2 is worse than my FWG. What is the deal?

I am on the SHadowFire server, if anyone know of any good shops or would just like to sell me one that would be great. Thanks.

P.S. also looking for a republican blaster.

I'm not very found of the DX2. For me it seems to miss a lot more than the other guns for whatever reason. Saying that the fact that it does Acid damage means it comes in handy when a mob has like %40, %50 or %75 resists on everything but Acid. Personally if it didn't have Acid damaged I would never buy it.

This is wicked one of my guildmates were hunting night sisters last week and got a uber drop.

It happend to be a DX2 with base 200 something to 350 something with a speed of 2.3 i think +17 to close range and negatives for the other two. HAM was 9-15-9. but the condition was 300 something of 800 something. ill try and get a couple of screenshots of it later.

There is a weaponsmith outside of Anchorhead in Mos Defiant that made me a dx2 and a republic blaster last night (12/14). The dx2 has almost as good of stats presliced as my current sliced dx2.

SanTsu is right ... although since the DX2 is the only *Pistoleer* pistol, and is the highest cert we receive, it should be better than just a situational gun for mobs who have low Acid resists.

I just got a new DX2 that is 108 -310 speed 2.1 after a damage slice.

It has krayt tissue with advanced barrel and scope.I think this compares with any good pistol out there these days.

We can't get anything close to that on my server. Ours are more like 80-120.

Combined with the horrible accuracy and the difficulty of upgrading it with Krayt tissues (requires 5 instead of 1), it's a crummy weapon.

my best with a dmg slcie and power up is 120-240 2.4 speed. but i use it all the time. other then the high HAM costs its great with the armor peircing and acid dmg.

jezuz 80-120? u guys are getting hammered up the behind with the resources on ur server man. on lowca it's not as crazy as some others but with a really nicely made one it's possible to slice it up to 230-240ish max damage and nice nicemin damage
