Pistoleer Archive

Hi I am a novice pistoleer with 0,0,1,0 since i heard techs was a good tree to go up first. My question is that I would like to pursue the pistoleer tree and I am a master maskman and should I drop (and what) in the marksman tree to get some more skill points?
