Im a master pistoleer/expert BH so my speed is insane. So i will spam fan for a while.

stoping shot does more damage per second if you have the speed. You have the speed to spam it at the speed cap.

It depends if ur fightinga large group of 5+ npc's use fan shot


If ur fighting a small group less than 4 use stopping shot


I got the same template u do and this works great for me
