Something to consider here may be that the Master Gunfighter and Gunslinger titles may have been pulled for a different reason than just honking us off. Perhaps the titles were yanked for use in an Elite-Elite version of the Pistoleer class. I'd be fine with that. However, if there are no plans to introduce an Elite Elite Pistol class in the Combat Redesign and Rebalance, I'd really like to have the Gunslinger Title given back to us. Especially in light of the introduction of the DE-10 Firefly. The Gunslinger look of the weapon would seem to beg the name of its wielder.

Anyway, if Gunfighter and Gunslinger were taken away from us for use in an Double Elite Pistoleer Class, I'm all for it. Just something to consider really...

i don't think elite-elites are going to make it in within the next year, at least...and i would really doubt that we - of all professions - would get any kind of "extra" attention.

but honestly, i can't really think of that many titles for pistol-wielders anyways. can it get any cooler than gunslinger?

Did they actually take away the Gunslinger title?

I know I was still wearing it yesterday (or at least thats what I had up when I would hit ctrl-1), and I thought Randonb said that this wasnt changed back when the titles first hit test center.

Gunslinger is still there.

They ditched my favorite title though: Master Gunfighter.
