More specifically, it helps the effectiveness of the /aim command gained in the Ranged Support line of Marksman. If you didn't get this command, the stat means nothing. It kind of means nothing anyway, as most players seldom use /aim. It takes up about 1 second to make your next shot more accurate. At master, it makes it a lot more accurate. The thing is, it only affects your next attack. In the time it took you to /aim, you probably could have just fired another shot.

The only good use I found for the /aim command is when you get a surprise shot on a target (meaning your not arggo'd by them). What happens is that since a surprise shot on a target will do significantly more damage than if they were already arggo'd on you....using the /aim command insures that you don't miss the shot....if you don't use the /aim command, your chances of missing that first surprise shot is much higher.......

I've never missed a first shot while using the /aim command unless the target is running or moving around a lot.....even then I can only recall missing twice.

it works great for when you want to sneak up on a mob that con's red to you and you lie prone right outside of arggo range.....then do a /aim /threatenshot. substitute /threatenshot with /stoppingshot and you have a potential one shot kill on white cons and a significantly high damage dealer on yellow and red cons....all before they even know where your shooting from.....it's quite possible you can get a few of these off.......

It's more of a sniping tacting but it works well when your low - mid level pistoleer......with novice rifleman or rifleman 4 of marksman, it's a very good command to use.

At mid - master pistoleer, you have too many other attacks at your disposal to worry about /aim. I use to use this all the time...but last time I used my pistoleer skills, I just threaten shot them to death and if they get up on me....pistol whip /last ditch or stopping shot......best damage dealer i've come across as a pistoleer.
