speed will not be an issue.

yes, the speed cap seems to be around 94... master pistoleer will get you 74 if i'm not mistaken. However, you may want to seriously consider grabbing torsoshot for that fire damage if you pvp.

Well, as far as dmd goes torsoshot and healthshot 2 seem to be the same. The fire DOT is nice but doesn't make any difference for me in PvP. So I was thinking either get novice medic or go up the carbine line simply for fireknockdown and confusion shot which would most likely be far better for me that torsoshot.
