About 3.9speed and max damage of 260 is probably base. This is before slice and without krayt tissue.

I just had this one made. It has Kryat tissue but less than uber materials. I did manage to get a 33% damage slice though.

Actually the base stats might be closer to 4.1 speed and 142-165 damage.

itsa bitbetter than other pistols assuming it was made with similar resources. the speed is slow but most people are speed capped. if your not capped, dont use it hehe.
also the mind cost is usually high, i really dont use mine without mind buffs. but its nice to hit a jedi with i guess.
i like geo blaster better. and then scatter. and then de-10. unless its jedi which would be de-10 then scatter then geo.

When going against a real pvper the de-10 or a scatter is best. Most pvpers have stun armor and psg's meaning that they can get there stun resists around 70-80%. If you throw in the ap0 of the geo against the ap1 of the de-10 you will see a difference. If you wear out the psg then maybe you can pull out the geo. Scatters are very nice and easy to enhance though.

My old DE-10 was 723 max damage sliced with PU, I still have a pic at home.
I repaired it once and now it's 0 max damage.

I saw a krayted, non-sliced, un-puped DE-10 that had a max of 433 damage and I think the speed was 3.5. If I had had the 3 mill, it would have been mine.

DE-10 is by far the coolest looking pistol in the game.. thats enough for me.. it can be the most powerful pistol in the game an that makes it even better. I had the WS that made mine name it "RJ's Peacemaker"
