Geonosians are normally best in PvP against stun vulnerable (i.e. most) armour. Some high resist mobs are stun vulnerable too. At pistoleer your normal pistols will be DX2 and Rep Blaster which the Genosian and FWG for use when the target is vulnerable to stun and heat respectivly (or the target is un-armoured and low/vulnerable). Those two weapons lack of AP means they are usually not the best choice where your target is armour'd and has some resist.

It makes for a good kimogila destroyer. They're one of the highest level creatures that have a weakness pistoleers can take advantage of.

What are the certification requirements for the Geonosian Sonic Blaster?

Can a Bounty Hunter use it?

I will display the "Test Center" icon until SWG is bug free.

But for most situations, a krayt scatter will outperform the sonic blaster due to AP, likely higher damage, and the acid ignoring PSG's. It's also easier to get a higher damage (afaik), and has a longer range. When the mark is running, that's decidedly preferable.

Still, it's a nice way to addadditional damage type for your PvE weaponry.

It is always nice though to find a noobwho isnt wearing stun armor or a psg that gets eaten by a krayted geo.
