I have two pistols... A scout blaster and an FWG5. Right now im using the FWG5, because the damage is higher, and the delay isn't too bad. But, here they are:
Scout Blaster
46-97dmg
2.2 spd
11/23/11 action costs (health/action/mind)
OR
FWG5 Pistol
34-176dmg
3.0 spd
11/36/18 action costs
Which one should I use?

Well there both pretty good. The scout pistol is better against mobs with alot of hit points becuase its DPS is better but the FWG5 is great for one shot kills. They are both good enought that it really doesnt matter.

Er, Plasma, I have nearly the EXACT same pistols as he does on Kettemoor...

change weaps during fights, open up with fwg5 with healthshots to max bleed damage then switch to scout blaster.

You need to get the most up to date scout blaster. It is currently 52 -106 2.3 if im not mistaken.

Hmm, my scout blaster here on Lowca does 58-106 damage or so (can't log in so I can't remember the exact max, grrr....) and has a speed of 1.8

Bah, I have a 60-122 scout blaster with 1.8 speed. 
And yes, it is unsliced for now but I plan to slice it.
