I'm not sure if I should get Ranged Weapon Support Ability Specialist or Melee Defense I first...

A question:

If I get Support Ability Specialist, will Combat Experience come in faster? For example, I know that you get more Pistol Experience based on how high up on the Pistoleer/Marksman tree you are... I think.

I really want to get Pistol whip, it seems like a nice move. I was thinking of grabbing Support Ability specialist first for the added accuracy etcl, but that 22k combat xp is going to take a long time to get back... I don't even want to think how long it will take to get the rest of it, lol.

I'd get pistol melee defense first, as supression fire really does not do anything besides damage a random pool

The accuracy is nice, but I think pistol melee defense will do you a lot more good in earning more combat xp.

Combat xp does not go up in terms of skillboxes you earned with combat xp. It's just basically 10% of your overall weapon xp that you earn per kill.

Rej, I am thinking the exact same thing about skipping support specialist to save for the elite combat exp box, except replace pistol melee defense with precision striking. I mightget PMD somewhere on down the line, eventually, though. Reminds me of another question: if I can only take 2 trees of pistoleer, which 2 should I get? My primary use for Pistoleer is to compliment Teras Kasi artistry.
