Does FS Ranged accuracy improve saber throw? I'm just checking to see if this is worth adding to my skillz or should i just get vehicle control.

Ok, but what about things in the powers line, like lightning and what not?.....

I posted this on the FS prof. board but I think it is more applicable here . . .
I just trained in Ranged Accuracy III. It stats that you can sense the weakness in your opponents armor and body and concentrate accack on that weakness. I have not had a lot of time ot test this but it actually seems as if it works. When used on Huurtons, it seems that whatever HAM bar is lowest, stopping shot hits that pool more often. When dueling a buffed and armored TKM/Fencer, I was able to win the duel with only a neutron pixie. My opponent's mind bar was lower but I started the duel with a macro that sets a health fire and sets three health bleeds. Each subsequent stopping shot hit my opponent's health bar.
So my question is if you find the description of this skill to be accurate in your own tests. Am I just seeing what I want to see or expect to see or does this skill actually seek out your opponent's weakness and attack it?

As a general across-the-board rule for skill descriptions, the skill often does not do what the description says...if the skill even works at all. The FS ranged accuracy mods have been broken, and there's been no report of them being fixed yet. I'd say what you're seeing is just a coincidence.
