Great words, but... what do they actually do? The descriptions of many of my specials from both Pistoleer and Smuggler are more than just a little vague.
For example, if I "blind" a target with a BH special, what exactly am I doing here, game-mechanics wise?

Intimidate: reduce opponent damage output.
Dizzy: reduce accuracy and defense.
Stun : stop ability point regeneration.
Blind: greatly reduce accuracy.
Dizzy: reduce accuracy and defense.
Stun : stop ability point regeneration.
Blind: greatly reduce accuracy.
Specific % numbers are known for some of these states, I have also found that they all slow regen by a certain amount. Basically they all effect the following in one way or another:
Damage Output
Accuarcy
Defence
Regeneration Rate
With stun being the best for preventing action regen and blind being the best for accuracy reduction.

Stun doesn't do anything, unless that was fixed in publish 17. Have a Squad Leader use Retreat (burning 100% of his/her action) and record how long it takes to fully regen action, then do the same thing after stunning the SL. It will take the same amount of time to fully regen.
Intimidate reduces damage output by 20%.
I wouldn't say Blind "greatly" reduces accuracy... like all the other debuffs, it seems minimal at best. But that's just my opinion.
Finally, keep in mind that in a PVP setting, lowered accuracy means lowered damage output, and lowered defense means raised damage intake.
