... before my respec runs out

So far, I've been having fun with the following:

  • Master Pistolieer

  • Master Bounty Hunter

  • 4400 Carbineer

  • 1444 Marksman + 4010 Scout

Although I've just thought about:

  • Master Pistolieer

  • Master Carbineer

  • 0044 Bounty Hunter

  • 1444 Marksman + 4010 Scout

What I can see from the profession calculator is that the 'new' template will shift the balance of my defences in the favour of ranged defence. However I guess the real difference will be with the specials.

So, in your informed opinions do you think will the best all round template? (Note: I have tried bounty hunting, but with little success or pleasure, and yes they are mutually exclusive ).

I didn't use buffs or uber armour, so why did the combat revamp have to spoil my game?

I do like fighting with a carbine.

The funny thing about the first template is that when I equip a carbine my speed and accuracy increase!

that's why i asked

pistoleer has the lowest weapon-specific mods of any of our ranged counterparts
unequipping a pistol, you don't lose as much, but unequipping a carbine you lose a lot more

so unless you WANT to stick with carbines, go for bounty hunter

Thing is with keeping BH is that I get nice defences, and the specials aren't as broken as carbs. Hmmm.
