How many of you are expert Pistoleer Duelers? Lemme guess, do you got the 4xxx tree in Smuggler for Last Ditch? I myself ground smuggler and pistols about one year ago pre-CU, and I'm wondering if it's still any good. I hear pistols are real good cause of all their delaying shots, but will this really be the winning factor? What are some templates you guys would use in pistoleer PvP? Do you mix any Combat Medic, Smuggler, or Bounty Hunter trees in?

My template is Master Pistoleer/Master Combat Medic/ 0/0/0/4 Doctor(for buffs). The only duels I have lost are against Jedi.

my emp is MPistol/MCM/BH 3010
although the bh is just in there to hunt down jedi with... once i loose intreset in that who knows where those sp's will go... im thinkin about the doc buff line cause that speed buff is just sick 
in the end it comes down to player preference, go with what your comfterable... and if your worried about min maxing go Mpistol/MBH/SL 0404
which gives nice stat adjustments

MBH Mpistol 4400 rifle. I beat pretty much every non-jedi I fight. I wear the armor that suits the occassion though. I have 8100 energy recon and 7000 kinetic assault, so depending on what they are using I wear what defends best against it. I also use the weapon that goes through their armor the best (scatter for recon armors, trando suppressor for assault armors). So I almost always win. Jedi on the other hand heal too quickly.
