It's just bad luck. Even being one of just a handful of fast XP'ing pistoleers, at least 4-5 of us communicated on a fairly regular basis, and got training from one another. There was even one kind enough to hang out with me as Ireached master to train the last 2 boxes + mastery for me on the spot. I often get tells and just give out my coordinates, and chat while waiting for them to get to me for training. Don't let a few bad eggs spoil it for you...most of the pistoleers I met were top notch folks...so far Unless they are exploiting for fast money, getting PC training saves so many credits it's just nice to do for folks.

Ok. I'm a Master Doctor on Ahazi. I gave up going Combat Medic (it's a worthless class right now) and decided to become a pistoleer. Well... every time I find another pistoleer in game and ask for training in intermediate... i'm either ignored, told "no" flat out, or they /reply go f**k yourself. This has happened 4 out of 4 times. Coming from the medic world -- we're all very eager to help train each other and we all support one another. Does this kind of support not exist with Pistoleers? Are you all in competition with each other?

I was one of the first Master Doctor's on my planet on my server... so I had to buy 15 out of the 17 trainings. I understand that it seems a tad unfair to those who have had to pay seeing people who are getting free training... but I'm completely ready to /tip 1000 to someone or buff all your stats 1200+ (yes doctors can do that hehe).

Should I give up trying to find pistoleer training from another player and just buy the training from the NPC... or have I just had rotten luck and run into all the bad apples?
