Is the Pistolwhip Knockdown Effect as cheating as the Teras Kasi Artist maneveur?
Im a Pistoleer and would love to be neigh invulnerable like my Teras Kasi buddy.

I have only used it a few times. I hear it causes your weapon to degrade rapidly so do not overuse it unless you can afford to replace your weapon regularly. It worked fairly well.

it's cheep, just like your tk buddy's move, but be careful - it will eat your pistol alive.

I can concur. It will eat ur pistol conditoin really fast. I used to duel melee ppl (ones that dont know how to use their class) all the time and just smack them repeatedly just for a laugh. Then I look at my pistol...
They are the ones that got the last laugh on me.

for all you TKAers that complain about this skill, little tip:
Lunge has a range of 14m
MeleeDefense1 has a range of 7m
Lunge a pistol wiped first, then use a knockdown on him.
This prevents him from ever beening able to use pistol whip in the first place.

Hehe just write a macro to change your weapon to a cdef pistol then pistolwhip then change back to your regular weapon. Changing pistols have no time delays

But the damage from the pistol whip is dependent on the weapon you use. So changing to a cdef will not work if you want to contiue to kill your targets.

The TKA move also keeps them down for much longer. My TKA friend can solo multiple things really easily by just knocking each of them down, he has plenty of time before having to switch back.
