Hang onto Entertainer I, so you can heal that battle fatigue in an empty cantina on some difficult world.
personally, I'd want exploration 2 or higher. Maybe exploration 1 would be enough for you, but I really like the mobility factor. You'll need to be within 7m of any target you want to heal and people move around alot in battle. This is less crucial to the combat medic, who has ranged healing (and still gets a small terrain negotiation boost at master)
I'd put 14 into the Ranged line of Marksman. Warning shot is essential and the bonuses in that line can't hurt. That leaves you with 4 pts. Since there's no where else to put them, I'd take Rifle 1 and Carbine 1. Then in any group you can at least contribute to damaging the specific chosen HAM target bar.
That ends up being a very nice template. Decent solo ability, excellent grouping abilty. Uses up all 250 points. Has a craft for downtime and side income.
