Find the brawler trainer that is close to the bank and stand facing him. Go to the right of the building that the brawler trainer is standing in front of and keep going straight as if you are going to leave town. You will pass through an archway on your way out of town and as soon as you are through it turn right. There will be four trainers standing there and the one in front is the Pistoleer trainer. I believe that the direction is North, but it could be slightly North East of the Brawler trainer. Hope this helps.
