I have 97+ pistol speed and wondered how slow guns i can use and still be capped.. can i use a speed 3.5 pistol for example?

At that speed, you could probably shoot every pistol in the game at the speed cap. I don't know all then precise numbers, but I would guess that a pistol of even 10 delay would fire at cap with that.

Sounds like your a bh/pistoleer same build i had, i tesed it on any pistal i could find i had a cdef pistal with 4.0 speed and i could still not tell a deffrence in speed when i spam stopping shot... /sigh i gave up BH and its so so slow now i miss it so much lol.

Master Pistoleer base speed is 74, SEA's can add +25, for a speed of 99 without any BH pistols skills.

Heh, I'm not sure it's possible to get them that slow. Maybe a DE-10 made with poor quality resources and 0 experimentation on damage...

(yes, damage and speed are just called "damage" during weapon crafting.. it's one line of experimentation)

No worries about speed slice? On the contrary. Now you are assured to get only speed slices for the rest of eternity, aside from a few 11% damage slices.

well actually with a master smuggler the lowest damage slice you can get is 15% 11% is on armor resist. but your right the slice gods have now cursed you to only speed slices....
