Now if I master Pistoller & Fencer my dodge will be 210, the cap is 100 is it? and the cap used to be 125?
Why did it get capped? and i'd rather do less damage and have maximum dodge so I can have a good fight.
Can anyone tell me if the cap will be raised?

the cap is 125 now. And I don't think it will be raised again. But who knows, maybe they'll raise it again after the combat rebalance.
