Alright i am master pistoleer and i am currently attempting to adapt myself into the pvp world.
However, with all of these fencers and tkas running around i can not seem to hit any of them. How high do i need my pistol accuracy in order to hit these guys? With skill taps and armor attachments help?
Any help would be appreciative.

The problem is that Pistoleer is very broken right now. Its bleed dots dont do much damage because its based on weapons damage and pistol is the least damaging weapon. Many of its specials are broken or redundant. The only shots that really work are:
1) Healthshot 2: Not for its bleed (see above), but for its damage per second.
2) Melee Defense 1: For its knockdown ability
3) Fanshot: Because it does good damage and its anAoE shot that damages enemies in a small cone area. Useful if you have a tank occupy several mobs.
4) Crippling Shot(maybe): Shot that does a lotof damage, but is slow. Its only usefulin conjunction with MeleeDefense1if youre a low level pistoleer. If you dont have enough speed, you only have 1 shot after you KD a mob, so youll want it to be your most damaging shot. Useless when you have more speed.
Thatsit. Thats why when it comes to pvp, youre screwed.
Your ONLY chance at PvP:
1) You keep Master Pistoleer and wait stubbornly til they fix it
2) Defensive Bonus Stacking:
You get Master Pistoleer and Fencer 0010 for the extra dodge bonus in Fencer. With that you will max your dodge bonus (+180 i think) and if you get 4010 Fencer youll have +99 Melee Defense and +69 Ranged Defense as well. If you have Marksman Ranged Support 4, youll add to that and have +75 Ranged Defense, and +101 Melee Defense.

#2 is a more realistic hope. Add to that defensive food like Air Cake and Pikatta Pie and your Dodge Bonus starts to get funny. Since food is NOT a permanent bonus, your dodge will go over its +180 cap. If you can get it into the 200s... well... good luck hitting you.

the key to pistols, and being good at it is stackign. master pistoller alone is not enough, sadly. the defences rock, no doubt about that but your speed and accuracy is seriosly lacking.
you have a few options. you can go pure damage liek i have done
BH 0040 Master pistols Smug 0040 novice commando . you end up with 129 pistol speed. 155 accuracy. adn ALL the pistol specials in the game.
OR you can do some sort of pistoller/fencer /tka mojo and not deal out much damage but not get hit as much as i do. but stand alone master pistols is to slow and inaccurate for my tastes.
EDIT: ALSO BUY SCOPED PISTOLS!. most of the time you can get a WS to either scope it with a aroudn +15 scope with 0/1/0 HAM cost added or aroudn a +30 scope that adds liek 15/25/15 ham costs or so . it helps enormusly

For the truly desperate, there is Project Dead Eye. I admit I've never used it or even seen it in action, and have no idea how effective it is or how it is made. I don't think there are any other accuracy food buffs, are there?

1. Pick up at least master brawler for intimidate
2. Try to pick up smuggler DF IV for last ditch (stun)
3. Accuracy food
Scoped pistols: definitely 
No problems hitting TK/fencer anymore
intimidate is the key to defeating defense stackers though

edit: just wanted to mention, my only pvp macro except CoB is /intimidate;/intimidate;/lastditch;/lastditch;/lastditch
You might want to consider picking up TKM and dirty fighting

I dont see how Intimidate can deal with defense stackers. Doesnt it just make it a bit harder to hit the target? That wouldnt nullify any of his dodge, melee, ranged defenses. It would just make it harder for him to hit you.
That does remind me that if he can somehow sqeeze in intimidate 1 into his template, accompanied by a BE "intimidate" enhanced shirt and bandolier, he can use it himself to make himself even more difficult to hit. Or he can get a Melee Defense/Stun Defense shirt and bandolier instead for even more Melee Defense (+8 more). I dont know the melee defense cap so if he's already capped, go the intimidate route.
The whole point of my stack is defense. So anything that stops offensive stacks shouldnt affect it.
P.S. with this defensive stack you can probably take on a small base. They cant hit you.

Intimidate cuts the targets damage output in half. It really doesn't have anything to do specifically with defense stackers, but it will make them kill you more slowly.

at master pistoleer, your pistols accuracy is +95, which simply isnt good enough to hit stackers in pvp. if you intend to actually use pistols in pvp,i think you almost have to take pistols 4 in bh. either that or waste alot of stomach space on accuracy foods. bh pistols 4 bumps your speed significantly as well.
not only that, but the bh pistol specials are pretty nice... torso shot (flame dot) and eyeshot (mind pool damage).
with master pistoleer and bh pistols 4, i think your accuracy is about +155. with that much accuracy, you can hit stackers.
