Pistoleer Archive

I'm a novice Pistoleer, 1-0-1-0 and I've been away from the game for months. What weapon should I be using now? I'm currently packing around a little republic blaster but i think it's not what i should be using. I can spend about 200k credits if I need to. I'm on Lowca..any recommendations and vendor locations? I mostly PVE.

Depends on what you plan on doing and hunting. I know for a fact you need an acid based wep, so go out and snag yourself a DX2. Someone at you level could also greatly benefit from a Featherweight FWG5 and also upgrading to a Modified Republic Blaster. If you don't have Kinetic Dmg getting a Striker Pistol comes in handy, cuz you never know when you find something extremely vunerable to such an attack.

Don't forget to pick up a Genosian Sonic Blaster,...even the lower range ones knock the handlers off of a Tangle pistol. Stun damage can mean the difference in a pVp encounter due to most people have low or no stun resistance
