Alright, first off, for those that want to know about speed and it's effect on the game, check out this thread http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=pistoleer&message.id=12637

Now, to my post, which is really a question

I had thought that once past the speed cap, anything that resulted in a speed of greater (well, less) than 1.0 seconds was translated into damage by an exponential mathematical system, other than what is stated in the thread above. Is this right? or have I been living in a dream world created by my misreading a post nearly a year ago and perpetuated by my not bothering to check it out?
