Pistoleer Archive

I've read in many places about pistol speed. And many people have noted that once you have your pistol speed at over +100, its a waste of resources to go over that, all referring to formulas, etc. My question is, how could you get over +100? the max you can get by being master marksman and master pistoleer is +79. Is there a base pistol speed that we all start off with that I'm missing? (say... 50?)

The pistol line in Bounty Hunter gives more pistol speed. Gives a LOT more in fact. I believe it's an extra 50 pts (10, 10, 20, 10), which is quite a bit. And yes, recent testing, while not up to / over 100, suggests that pistol speed skill gives a flat percentage decrease in delay, so at 100 you just hit the minimum, which is an attack per second.

I'm not sure if they work yet, but skill tapes also allow raising any skill mod. (These go in clothes, and in the future, we think into armor as well).
