I find myself useing mostly HS2 with StopShot1for PVE (npcs)
For PVP, the only fight I have won is with newbs... other then that... Jade has owned me! 
I think... 7 times? yeah... atleast that....
I think... 7 times? yeah... atleast that....So i stay out of PVP all the time... but the tef will always make you target for someone... sadly...

PVE, fan shot is great when you get multiple targets to shoot at. I use health shot 2 to start a fight, then switch to fan shot or stopping shot depending on target lay down.
PVP, pistoleers are dead as soon as shooting starts. I have first hand experience at getting killed and doing no damage to the person who attacked me.
Until we get a much better damage from our pistols, and faster speeds than everyone else in the game. We will be slaughtered in PVP.
We are the first to be nerfed and apparently the last to be helped.

PVE fanshot with multiple targets at a distance.. multishot with multiple targets surrounded.. stopping shot with one target.
PVP eyeshot (bh pistol skill) or fanshot with a geo gun.

Aye, fan shot is great for a good number of situations. I was enjoying decent success in the Geo lab on the Geonosians and a DX2 pistol using Fan Shot.

For PvE hands down stopping shot spamming with BH pistols you can use it at unimaginable speed, if anyone wants to know the secret to killing Enraged Rancors put stoppingshot1 on the toolbar and press that same but over and over and over and over 
For PvP the pistoleer move I use most is prolly either fanshot or stoppingshot, with BH pistols definatley eyeshot spam unless its some friggen TKM that has 4k mind lol
