is it 100 ?

when capped u can shoot at 1 shot / sec even if the weapons speed is 4.5 ?

The way the mathematical formula works is messed up. Basically once you hit 100 speed, any weapon can fire at speed cap, even if it's speed was 300.8 lol

Speed cap is 100. Max speed you can shoot at is 1.0.
