Thread: Remaining Skill Points.....

Hey guys,
I've just reached Master Pistoleer/Master Smuggler and i'm having a load of fun with it, now i'm just trying to decide and figure out where I should put my remaining skill points. At the moment i'm leaning towards taking a line in Combat Medic or a line in Squad Leader. Obviously it'd be easier to get the xp for Squad Leader, but i'm thinkinga line in Combat Medic could be a lot of fun. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or any otherideasabout where these remaining skill points could go. I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

maybe you would like the exploration line from scout. better burst run and faster walking up the hills

Well, I'd recommend getting a branch in CM for the additional heals, making your character more well-rounded.
As for which branch, that depends on your playstyle. Would it be more beneficiary to get better heals to heal you and/or your group members, or do you play so the enhanced crowd control abilities of 0004 CM would be better (you'd still get more healing than without CM, just not as much as with 4000 CM)

Get enough Commando for the Acid Stream Rifle. 65m AoE means you can actually control "crowds."
Not to mention you can get a lot of Commando due to having the pre-req's already taken care of by Pistols and Smuggler (3 full disciplines with 4 points left over if you wanna grind an FS discipline.)
You can also go Commando 0003 (for the acid stream) and TKA 0100 (for improved Center of Balance +500 defense.) That leaves 9 points for FS speed and accuracy (or 7 points if you go com 0004 for the extra +10 to heavy acc and speed.)
