Thread: Actairr's Guide to getting the Geo Blaster.

you can put the cube and the krayt tissue the thing is if you krayt it then a plus 10 or so wont be that big of a deal, but another 2 or 3 hundred to condition will make it last alot longer. All really up to you and how you play.

Go to Yavin4 and head to the Geonosian Bunker
You might need help in here as its sometimes tough to get in.
Step 1: Go in and kill the Crazed Geonosians in the first room.
Step 2: Head down the winding tunnel and try to sneak (walk) past the Enhanced Kwi. IF you are good enough to then feel free to kill them.
Step 3: Kill Battle Droid and enter the first room. Kill the enahanced Klikniks (1 or 2) then talk to scientist and get the door code.
Step 4: Leave this room head down the hall, kill droid, come to intersection (lets call it intersection 1). Make a left head down that way, kill droid keep going, come to intersection (number 2), kill spider keep going straight, turn left at end of hall, kill two Crazed Geonosians, talkk to science guy, get data pad and code for door. Head back to intersection 1.
Step 5: Turn left at intersection 1, kill droid keep going, enter door talk to science guy, get pass for door. Head back to intersection 2.
Step 6: Turn left. Kill droid keep going, enter door using newly acquired pass key.
Step 7: Kill two Mercs, and hope you loot a Geonosian Blaster Schem, and some good geonosian power cubes**
Step 8: Repeat step 7 until you get the Schem and Power Cubes needed.
Step 9: Bring the power cube and schem to WS and get blaster made.
**About power cubes. Yellow add to damage. Green add to condition. White do nothing. Red make hams better.
I would only use yellow or green. I used green on my last one and the condition of the gun came out to be 1350ish.
Each Blaster takes one cube, and each schem has 5 uses.
Good luck. Think the directions are right.

By the way, I bought about 5 Geo Pistols lately for 5k each.
61 to One hundred and something dmg on 3 of them and two of them with a little more punch.
Sliced them as well, got 3 speed (damn!) and 2 dmg (huzzah!).
Plus one of the geo has Terrain Negotiation +5 and something else +5.
Lucky me! These geos trash anything that doesnt resist stun and there is a lot vuln to stun!

Those sound like looted ones, especially the one with the mods.
Anyone know the damage range on the yellow/green cubes? What is a good number to get on them?

On the green ones I like to get high 9k. That is for condition though not damage. Yellow, which prvide damage you should get higher than +10. Since the geo only takes one the +10 or so from th yellow cube will not make that big of a difference, specially when/if you krayt it, so I like the extra condition.

oh by the way... I just read about 500 plus dmg Geo (without pups).... Im ecstatic! if my puny geo does all that dmg... MWA AHA HAHA! im gonna get one of them deadly geo!

The poster abovemeans that with Krayt tissues, you can easily get damage +100, so the +10 isnt going to count for much.
Still no idea how high yellow cubes can go though? Every bit of damage helps, I'd want to make sure I got the best results possible before I put in some of my 120+ krayt tissues.

Ah... i get it...
only 1 cube vs 4 blaster power handles... am I right?
So.... 4 krayt tissues.... against 1 single cube... that better be one good cube!
No, I think I rather go for a green cube plus serious Krayt tissue.

Hmm, green cube may indeed be better, especially as I dont intend to Anti-Decay kit it.

Argh, now I cant decide, more max damage or more condition. I'm leaning towards more max damage as I can just make a few of em.

If you get yellow cubes that are like a+20 or higher I would use them, if not I would go condition, but like I said to each his own. I tend to be a little harder on my blasters than most people which is why i like the greeen ones better lol.

That takes me back to my original question, what can you expect to loot in the way of yellow cubes?
+30 damage? + 50?
Once you get into that time of damage bonus it could be worth it, but right now I hardly use my geo, having not PvP'd for a good three months...
I plan to get some good guns sorted out and then go back to shooting other players.
I'll have a browse through some trade forums to see how high the cubes can go.
