if you want to finish pistoleer your going to need to find them from a tree other then your pistol ones

If I get rid of Pistol qualifications in the Marksman tree, will I lose those abilities in Pistoleer? I need the points back in order to finish Pistoleer!

The Pistols line in Markman (Pistols I thru IV) is a prerequisite for Pistoleer, so you can't get rid of that. None of the other lines in Marksman are required for Pistoleer.

I dont think you can get rid of those because you need them for npvoce pistoleer
