I am considering buying some Accuracy/aiming AA's. First off, what's the difference?

Second,I am using BH Pistols as well so I know I am soon to be speed capped. Does Accuracy/Aiming/Accuracy while moving/Accuracy while standing get capped?

There is no cap on accuracy as it is tied to the Ranged Defence of the target you are firing at.

The more you have, the more chance you have of hitting.

With BH Pistols and Master Pistoleer, you are speecapped.

If you want a cheap way to boost your accuracy, buy some Pistol Accuracy +10 stims from the bazaar, they tend to go for under 1k a pack, each pack has five charges and lasts for five minutes.

Then you can add in Citrus Snow cake, and if you really want to go crazy, some DeadEye... although I dont know if you can stack DeadEye and Pistol Speed/Accuracy stims.
