i was wondering how this would affect my temp in pvp and pve?

My template is currently;
Master pistoleer
BH pistols 4
novice medic
fencer 0020

I actually find the heals pretty valuable in PvE. I am still capped on dodge and I have a little extra state defence along with melee mitigation 1 still.

PvP... It all depends on your gear. If you have an extreme pistol and great armour (antidecay PSG) then you'll be fine with medic over fencer defenses.
