I've been looking to spice up my life... in-game at least. I believe you are Master Pistoleer / Master Combat Medic. If so, what ancillary skills did you take and why?

Doc x/x/x/4 and FS Ranged Speed IV.

Its a nice build, you just lose out on defences due to the MCM. You can even substitute Pistols for Rifles is you want to do loads of damage.
