What is the best pistoleer (non marksman so not FWG5) pistol?

The DX2 is the only pistoleer pistol, you get certified at novice. That's what I use, although many were still using the FWG5 because it was better when crafted with kryat tissue.

If you have the cert, I recomend the Republic blaster with a speed slice, or power up.

which pistol is best depends on what you are fighting. I use the pistol that does the most damage against a specific mobs. Damage type makes a big difference in combat.
