Actually..to be honest here...the range thing is pretty buggy. If I were to say two things about this pistol I could more than accept having changed would be

1) a physical placement of the cert somewhere because its a pretty hefty gun for a non-marksman to be able to use

2) the Range adjusted because the range is just plain weird on this gun. I mean we all agree the dx2 is basically a club...but its range, while not popular, makes sense....the RB's range is wonky. If changed, I think something along the lines of what the FWG5 has only slightly better would make perfect sense.

But really, something with nomaxrange penalty that is available to any profession is pretty out of whack you have to admit. I don't want to see any gun nerfed...but a range change and a physical cert placement I could accept just fine if done.
