I was wondering (before i tried it) if the pistols tree in bh stacked with the Pistoleer line? and also can you use specials like stopping shot with a scatter pistol?

yes and its very common/succesful

does it work as in effective? I like to use as much HAM as possible :-p so I die quickly, but it does work together and it's effective as long as you don't do too much stacking by yourself.
