The reason I ask is this: the general ranged aiming mod says it "increases efficacy when using the Aim skill." However, I dropped II and III and suddenly can't shoot for **edit**. I missing 4 out of 5 shots. To mean, this means the ranged aiming mod affects accuracy as well or instead of. If it does, and it's intended to, then the decrip for the modifier really needs changed. If it doesn't, then what the hell happened?
