The DL44XT is nice, why the 12% speed slice though? Not trying to max DPS were you?
The Renegade has 80 SAC and might be a bit heavy compared to the DL, although it depends on your template and playstyle as to how much importance SAC has for you.

They both have 12% speed slices because my template is all abvout speed, and it works very well. I will almost always out damage a rifleman because of how much more I hit then them, I can usualy get off 500-1500 dmg attacks with ranged shot, every 1 second or so. And with a Sac pup on the renegade it's amazing.
