Thread: Weapon Questions, Scatter or FWG?

Hi all, I recently mastered Pistoleer, and have begun to start trying to get the most I can from the class.. I am now a MBH - MPistol - 4/x/x/x Combat Medic...
I currently use what I consider a nice scatter pistol, unsliced and un-pup'ed its:
2.12 speed
382 - 922 damage
17% Accuracy Bonus
31.05% Wound
80 SAC
307.26DPS
I need to get a good speed or damage slice on it, but from what I hear Slicing has changed since the CU, so I have to investigate that some...
Been looking on vendors when I pass them for a upgraded pistol, and have not found much - What are the top of the line pistols ya'll are using? I saw the show me your gun thread, and I'm more confused than ever.
What armor mods should I be looking to get? Pistol accuracy? Speed?
Anyway, sorry for the generic questions, I read the faq's, and these are just a few of my unresolved questions, Thanks!!!

Get a Featherweight FWG5 made with top end gorax shard: higher damage cap (966 against 948) and +15 pistol accuracy

I'd cap the SAC on it and slice it to the slice cap of 935.

That would be fine, but you don't consider he is a BH. Since Jedi can now wear PSGs, it's better for a BH to use a scatter since it's kinetic damage.

Ahh I stand corrected. I havn't used anything other than my scatter in a while. I stuck an ADK on it and I can't bring myself to destroy it to get my ADK back.

also interested in this question
what about if u were that template but weren't interested in hunting jedi, just hunting npcs and creatures. would u still go for kinetic damage?
and what sort of enhanced tissues/bones would u need to cap sac and then do the slicing thing. assuming best server resources...
