now does the speed cap just on pistol with mods after cap ?

Guess what im asking is its 2 something atm but with my mods its 1.33 so will it make any difference me putting a speed slice on it or shall i go with all crit ?

critical can't be poweruped but speed can...

I would put it all into critical
