Thread: Pistol Speed Penalty

I have been trying to figure out why I have a negative factor in my pistol speed category. I am a Master Marksman, Master BH and 4/4/3/3 Pistoleer. I have looked at my armor and clothing and find no negative impacts noted in any of them (in fact I have gone so far as to got into my home and remove all clothing and armor with no result). Just wondering why I have a factor which makes my use of a pistol slower than the unadjusted speed the pistol would normally net. And yes, I have made sure that I meet the qualifications of the pistol before equipping it (can you even equip a weapon you are not qualified to handle anymore?). Any suggestions would help. My guild is going on a group hunt tonight and I want to correct the problem if I can to be more effective for my group. Thanks for your help!!

I am not sure what you are saying here but it could be a mod on the power up you use if you use a damage pup....
