pistoleer should be able to duel wield at a sevear accuracy cost

you use duel incorrectly. Duel is the kind of challenge or fight, as in "mark 15 paces and fire".

Dual is like 2 - as in Dual Wielding

Drool is the stuff hanging from my lips everytime i see people misusing Duel/Dual
