Hey guys! I just bouhgt Deathrain D-50! The description says pretty much its a modified version of mando sidearms (mandolorian) I am NOT kidding!

It looks like a scatter! Anyone heard of these?

To be honest they just say its a "Mandalorian Sidearm" just to make it sound more special... All the Mandalorian comics and books i have read iv never seen one (sorry, didnt meant to break that for you!)

Anyway, its justcool to own!

I got a couple of 2.6 wound ones now and havebeen experimenting with them. As long as you only spam ranged shot with it they are fine and do quite a lot of damage if you damage slice and damage pup it.

Badger, let me know of the results on your testing. I posted a thread about the Deathdrain on the BH forums but it went largely ignored. To me it seems the deathdrain would be a nice toolbar option to lay in some damage on defenders thanks to the high minimum damage; then switch to a sac capped fwg when the action starts to fall low. I really wish I had tried a slice before the smuggler upgrade because I saw a few on the forums that had max damages of over 1,000; of course those people could be blowing smoke. (A smuggler friend sliced a mediocre DL-44 XT before the upgrade and was lucky enough to get it over 1k, I continually beg him to let me buy it from him )
