Thread: How much + pistol speed is needed to speed cap?

you can hitt he cap using fanshot at +74 pistol speed with a 1.6 speed gun, 1.0 speed gun for stopping shot.

According to the math involved... in order to reach the cap of 1.0 with ANY speed gun, you'd need to be at +100... anything above that is redundant. Of course, a master pistoleer can only reach +99 with attachments and stuff... which is still going to be a 1.0 with any gun up to like 9.8 or so. So I wouldnt worry.

were gonna have to find a really crappy pistol and test that digi, i have a feeling that it stops at 4.0.

Yeah, as JP stated, if you're only a master pistoleer with +74 pistol speed, you'll fan shot at 1.0 with any gun up to 1.6 attack speed. Shots with a x5 (or is it x4?)delay (stopping shot and last ditch), you'll shot at the speed of your gun. 1.6 attack speed gun, you'll stopping shot @ 1.6.

I think I have an 8.8 or so that I looted off somethign.. we can try it on that 
. Although I don't have my suit completed yet, so I wont be at +99 =/. I'm waiting till I go tailor so I can make my own clothes. But I can let you borrow a +10 shirt, and a +4 belt if it'll get you closer to +25 (unless you're already there).

99 i believe to hit the cap with any speed pistol. Depending on the pistol's speed you can hit the cap at 74 i think.
