AT what speed will I be able to hit the 1 second cap? is it 80 SPeed? These are with Smuggler Specials too.

WelI am a MBH and all specials are 1 sec for me. My speed is +91 as long as the pistols speed is 2.9 or better. However I don't think you can get the Smugglers specials and have the BH pistol tree and there is the rub.

Depends on the gun used.

For all pistols no matter their speed the answer would be 100 Pistolspeed

But since we have so damn few pistols with 20 delay it's less.

with a 2.5 pistol 90 pistolspeed gives you cap on Last Ditch and Stoppingshot (they are the slowest, everything else caps before that)
