This could have been posted before, but anyone have any pistoleer macros? I know all melee guys run macros alot. Also if you have some that are for certain for PVP vs PVE i would like to see those posted.

if you aren't a master pistoleer, i'd suggest this.
/healthshot1;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;
make sure to put that in your first toolbar slot on the left. or just change the number accordingly. here's another one for you.
/burstrun;
/pause 10;
/activateclone;
although if you are a master pistoleer, you do have the advantage of trying out these two...
/fanshot;
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
or..
/healthshot2;
/ui action toolbarSlot02;
edit:
darned forums..

Don't use macros for combat. Bad idea. Each combat prof you facewill bedifferent. I like to be able to think on my feet and change my stragegy depending on the situation.

no reason to waste toolbar slots... just use /macro name
also this removes that annoying sound that is made every time you click on a tool bar slot, and you can start the macro just by typing /macro name
the fan shot macro is rather nice. You only have to be 0/0/4/0 Pistoleer to use it as well.
When I was a BH/Pistoleer I would use amacro dot:/healthshot2 /torsoshot (I think it is, 0/0/4/0 BH health fire) /macro bodyshot
This activates the next macrobodyshot:/bodyshot2 /macro bodyshot /macro dump (activating your body shot macro again and starting the dump macro)
From that is your dump macro dump: /pause5 /dump
So basicly what happens when you either type in /macro dot or you click the icon for it it'll use your bleed/fire shots to start the target with dots. After that you will continuously spam body shots (health damage) for5 seconds until the dump kicks in.
You may have to play around with it a little though, possibly add some pauses if it is not dumping right or make the pause on the dump macro shorter or longer depending on how many shots it takes to finish your target.

Ahh yes also... if you plan on getting swarmed and using dots to damage them while you go back to a single target and attack that.
make a macro using a macro like dotCycle: /healthshot2 /torsoshot /pause 1 (or2)/ui action cycleTargetOutward (I think... can't remember the command to cycle the target outwards) /pause 1(or2) /macro dotCycle.
Then just manualy dump when you get back around to the first target. Be careful though. This will target creatures that are anywhere within selection range. You may want to move to a completely overhead view before you use this. Moving to an overhead view will limit your area of selection to an area pretty much perfect for selecting anything that is actively attacking you.
This is a great pratice if you have access to torso shot. The fire from torso shot will normaly have them down to 1/2 health before you get around to killing them. On targets with less HAM it may just kill them before you get around to finish them off. I used this against borgles (sp) on Endor could kill 7 or 8 of them at a time very quickly and pull about 5k each.

I don't normaly use macros in cobat... but there are not that many situations you can run into with creature hunting. Outside of possibly having to change weapon for damage tyep/ap about 90% of situations in PvE combat are are exactly the same.
