As far as I know its a random loot drop for the Geo NPC's, I've actually looted a few "ok" stat geo pistols with Dots from the NPCs.

Where do you find the schematics for a Geo Blaster? Is it in the entrance of the cave or do you have to progress deeper? I know they are rare buy any advice as to where is the best chances of finding one would be appreciated.......thanks in advance!
