Do we have it solidly confirmed that there are indeed caps of 125 on the major defenses? Dodge, counter, melee & ranged defense etc.?
My bro brought up a good question. He said how do we know that for sure, everything seems to fly around the forums and some things sound like gospel when later on it comes out as wrong. Are we absolutly sure of these caps from a dev? Do we know what how much secondary defenses drop when intimidated. Or how much they drop with an intimidate and stun?
