I assume you're looking for a trainer. It's been so long, I have a hard time remembering; I think there is one in Mos Entha or Mos Eisely. I'm almost positive there is one in Tyrena however, so you should check there first. If this is what you're asking, just mention it a little more clearly and hopefully someone else will post some more exact locations for you.

I used the one at Keren Starport. Its at one of the sdeis but I cant remember which one. But he is between the starport and the outer wall.

There are more in some player cities as well, but that varies from galaxy to galaxy.
