Is there a pistol with Blast damage that Pistoleers can use?

The only blast pistol in the game is the launcher pistol which is assigned at novice commando.

Though from what I've heard, master pistoleer with a nice launcher pistol is devestating

i believe that would be the launcher pistol, but you would need novice commando for that
