What skills are needed to use the Modified Republic Blaster. I understood it was different that the non modified version.

i am only now novice pisoleer on an alt char, but i have done some looking into this cert stuff for the modified rep blaster.

i am pretty sure now, that the modified is also only cert at novice pistoleer. that is SAYS on the modifed blaster u only need marksman pistol III is a mistake, held over form the pre transfer days.

i.e. when the regualer rep blaster was cert for anyone, the modified was only for pistols III. then when they made them only cert at novice pistoleer, the devs never changed the written tag on the modified pistol itself.

i sent in some tickets etc, this is what i came up with.

hope this is not old news... i found this post looking for posts rethe bleed stcking with the modified hehe.
